MAME release postponed

Hi y'all

What is the reason MAME is now released after 2 months instead of 1 month?
And is this change for good or was it just one time?

Mameui 0.287 don�t Save nvram files

For some reason I don't know, version 0.287 Not Saving NVRAM files. I'm testing ROMs like Mortal Kombat II, NBA Play By Play, Neo Geo ROMs, etc., and it doesn't save the NVRAM file. Version 0.286 is OK.

MAME 0.287 Benchmarks Intel Ultra 7 270 Plus vs AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D

I got a change to do a quick benchmark run on two current generation CPUs. I tried and failed to use John IV benchmarking script, so it did it the old way and manually typed and ran benchmark from command prompt.
This led to me missing a couple of the scores.

The SCUD score should be taken with a giant grain of salt, due to current state of driver, it bugs out before getting to actual game play. (not a complaint Devs)

I didn't benchmark it, but I ran Dolphin Blue with F11 performance display up, while in attract mode, and it's getting close to playable speeds now, the intro sub flyover barely dipped below in 90% in one spot, but was mostly at 100%, in game play it floated between 95%-100% most of the time an only dipped down to 87% when fire was exploding from helicopter. I think one more generation CPUs and I might be able to play it without stuttering.
