VORTEK V3 help.

A buddy and I have been working on a couple MAME cabinets and stumbled upon a Vortek V3 for almost nothing. Long story short it's in the game room and we want to add some other games to it. Maybe some COD or the like. Is this an easy task? I apologize if I seem ignorant, we're new to the world and haven't been able to find any info other than an unanswered Yahoo question. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's probably a PC system in there, so probably not, unless you can figure out how to add games and dual/multi-boot them.
