9-ball shootout games dont work

hello
from mame 182 arcade version until the current version mame 183 arcade version the games 9-ball shootout don't work at all
the set 1 until set 3 the credit button doesn't work
and also the championship edition in the configuration screen the buttons for player 1 and 2 doesn't work at all

Confirmed, though it seems to happen starting with 0.181.
Could you file the bug at MameTesters?

Gut feeling is somebody broke the tms32025
both this and Midnight Landing broke around the same time (leave it in attract mode, it dies with a CPU error)

it seems we have still an issue
when the game is loading it goes me to main menu
there they are the following instructions
1) setup cabinet
2) operation settings
3) statistics
4) edit messages
5) exit
the exit its shows as red option
i cant move the cursor to other options i tried to move it using every letter or number button of my keyboard without any luck so far
and also there are no instructions on http://wiki.mamedev.org/index.php/FAQ:Games
any help please?

it's broken, the bug has been acknowledged and confirmed at mametesters already.
that doesn't mean it will be fixed anytime soon...
