ANY bought some Casino Strip bits - working laser disc for Casino Strip 10 and full rom sets for Casino Strip (Sony sets 6, 10 and 12). Hammy dumped an unencrypted version of Poker Ladies.

Great news! Good to hear!
...and at that I'm going to shut my mouth there about laser discs & so forth...

Pessimist: Oh, this can't get any worse!
Optimist: Yes, it can!

Have you run these Casino Strips into Mame? Do they work? I would like to know if the games are poker or shooting gallery style and if they are for Sony or Pioneer laserdisc players (see here). Since they are from Quantum I assume they use Sony more recent players, but I can't be sure unless someone tried to run them or inspected the code. Thanks,
Matteo

They are Sony sets not on that site yet. The laserdisc isn't hooked up so I haven't tried running them.

Given the "tiles" roms they use, I'm fairly confident they are poker versions. Labels are sometimes confusing, but if we go by what they were sold as they should be cs6_sps, cs10_sps and cs12_sps, according to the Dragon's Lair Project's naming scheme. It would be nice to have them checked on real hardware.

Good work on getting this started and added to MAME source files.

Hooray. One laser disc title dream come true. Not holding breath though for the laser disc side of work.
It would be great if it happens, but who knows when. And same for any of the Mad Dog Mcree series.
