Should just combine ALL Roms in 1 Program. That way Users can run Normal and Homebrew Roms without needing 2 Programs.

I did not understand why you canceled the Hbmame project, if it was because of the people who charge several hacks that you did not put, there are several I even have hundreds. I think that on your part is a great ignorance of you. You can not run Kof98ae in the mom, nor in Hbmame, you're a little late.
When you joined the mom with the mess, it sucks, I do not know why.
Another thing the mame is trash, with more than 22,000 roms that did not work 20 years ago, another garbage.
If you want the public to download and use, be competent and do only with the roms that work. I think you'd have more credit with that, here's the clue.

Probably thought it was Canceled because of nothing being Released in a while. Was wondering if the Arcade64UI Program will at some point integrate the HBMAME Roms so everything will be a All-in-One App?

The irony of you wanting a version of MAME that already removes subjectively unimportant 'crap' to add what is for the most part a whole bunch of objectively unimportant crap is great..
The irony of then calling 'Arcade' an 'All-in-One' app is possibly greater...
That said, dropping the HBMAME name and integrating it into Arcade might make sense for other reasons, because I've already had to explain to a lot of people that the sets supported are 99% cheap hacks, not homebrew stuff that can be used freely. Baseline MAME supports a lot more genuine homebrew stuff via the old MESS drivers.
