Category.ini and Version.ini 0.161

Available the packages containing the files:

- Version.ini (for MAME and MESS)
- Category.ini (for MESS)

aligned to the 0.161 version.

You can download inside the new renameSET.dat package, or separately at the same link.

The files in the download version.ini for MAME still are at version 0.159 instead of 0.161. It appears you updated the full package renameSET.dat for MAME & MESS, but forgot to update it in the version.ini for MAME download.
