Cheeky Mouse sound emulation update

Forum member Otto Pylotte got Cheeky Mouse schematics and scanned them for us. I got confirmation from mamedev that it contains everything needed to hook up net list emulation for the sound hardware so it's just a matter of waiting for someone to have time to hook it up at this point.

In other words, you waiting for an equally cheeky person to cheekily emulate Cheeky Mouse's cheeky sound.
