No way. Can't go wrong with "trench coat" Terry looking to seduce "unsuspecting" Susie with a couple friendly rounds of foreplay with a cocktail table version of United Games Video 5 What 1970s advertising genius there.

If only the flyer was for the Boonga Boonga cab and the flyer cab photo setting were in an adult bookstore and same male model wearing the trench coat were mounting the control panel piece while trying to play the game....that would be more suited for advertising imo....actually more of a tv show comedy moment with UK's late great Benny Hill. Only Benny Hill could have made it funny imo.

Another good update as always.

>World Cup - Lowen-Automaten (1974) [Licensed by Atari, Inc., German flyer]

This flyer helps verify that World Cup and Goal IV are most likely the same game, but in a different hardware setup.

>'I also acquired a German flyer for Sport Center. Will post that one soon.'

I am looking forward to seeing this flyer because it should answer a question or two of how did some For-Play cabs (supposedly manufactured in For-Play's location in southern California) make it over to Europe market. I am guessing For-Play had some marketing agreement with a vendor in Europe in which the company was a licensed distributor of For-Play cab products back then in early to mid 1970s.

It had to have been a known business transaction back then, but then as time moved onward, things like this get overlooked (lost in history). Most of the folks in the business back then are now unfortunately gone....talking over 45 years ago where lots of info tends to fade away that long ago.

Greg,
This is the second German flyer I acquired for World Cup. The first one shows the game clearly and in a different cabinet. It is also titled World Cup Football.

I guess there is a 'Wall St' flyer out there somewhere. At least we have a thumbnail of it now, thanks. I always liked that game for reason.

From that flyer, it shows 4 flyers that are on the wanted list.

Wall Street
Digger
Hunchback
Heart Attack

A flyer for PSE's Scandia cocktail table was recently found and should eventually be appearing on a future update on Flyer Fever.

Keith had a blog entry description with PSE Scandia four years earlier when Keith was looking at flyers on TAFA (no longer run by Dan) at the time. Some of the stuff Keith had documented not on TAFA back then are probably now on Dan's Flyer Fever site since Dan has expanded Flyer Fever with more 1970s era flyer additions over past three years.
