Was just about to ask something like this myself, thanks. Seems that Mr. Do's site loads, as do most of the pages, but this .php just times out with the gateway error. I did a quick search for "2018" on the emu-france page you provided and was able to find all of the changed sets in short order. It looks like they didn't update dkong3 yet (I did download it anyway, but the .lay file has a date of 2008), but since Mr. Do said he only added credit for the source, it should look same as before.
