Yeah, that's pretty f'd up. Never heard of it before. I skipped the youtube video, you're presentation says enough. It's such outliers like this that cause regulators to step in and take over the situation, when the "industry" demonstrates it's unable to police itself. There's always the element of pushing the boundries, and then along comes some knucklefuck who takes it so far over the line... you end up with regulations like Germany, where all the enemies have to be robots so we don't expose our kids to such violence.
