Rolling Thunder (Old Version) Dip Switch Update

I've been playing around with my pcb of rolling thunder trying to figure out the unknown dip switches. Bank #2 has three unknowns. Switch #6 is for a one or two joystick setup. I'm wondering if this "old version" is a kit version for setup in various cabs, since the dedicated was a single joystick setup and would have no need for this dipswitch. I think #3 and #4 are probably related to score for bonus life, but I think it's disabled if using invincibility. Have not confirmed yet. That's all I have for now.
