Do you know the difference between n00bs (noobs) and newbies (newbs) on Internet forums?
Here's someone's definition:
Quote:
Newbs are those who are new to some topic/task and are very much beginners at it, possibly even a little overconfident about it, but they are willing to learn and fix their errors to move out of that stage. Noobs, on the other hand, know little and have no will to learn any more. They expect people to do the work for them and then expect to get praised about it, and make up a unique species of their own.
Haven't ruled you out yet, but gut feeling is you're more newbie than n00b (Evidence A: you actually do know how to communicate), so keep up the good work
