Yea, I did. I tried it on another computer and even though its installed none of the buttons register when pressed.

Its probably broken, I'll try to email Hkms, maybe I can send it back to them.

Stupid thing was like 70 bucks and I already made holes for the holster, and my bezel to accommodate for the LCD lights.
