After re-looking at the image on your site, I remain convinced that the white text at the bottom of the dark transparent circle in the center of the bezel is ©サンワイズ
which matches the black text at the bottom of some of the other janken man bezels (JackPot/JP, for instance). I still have no idea what text belongs in the white oval, nor do I know what the thin line under the right half of the Sunwise logo is supposed to be.
