You can convert everything except ones marked BAD_DUMP because they change SHA1 when converted.

Here is a list of ones that you Don't want to convert.

Use the latest CHDMAN and be aware the 147 download on mamedev.org has a non-functional CHDMAN packaged with it. If you can't/don't compile your own then fetch a download from the news section (147u3)
