Is "blackboard" a Chrome-specific thing? If it isn't, it must either work on other browsers, or be broken. If it is, you could just as easily cite things that ONLY work as intended on IE, because they take advantage of the non-standard things IE does (or has done in the past).
The Chrome-specific online version of Angry Birds eventually needs Chrome to run, supposedly. A thing only working on a specific platform is only cause to use that platform if you need that thing. "Everyone should use an XBone, because you can't play Forza 5 without it."
Damn, I hope they left out the claim that the track at Yas Marina "goes through the hotel" this time.
