HBMAME doesn't contain documentation unless specifically extra stuff for the games that HBMAME supports. General documentation would most likely be in MAME source, or elsewhere on the net. Once you develop something and it's ready to go live, I can add it to HBMAME and make a new release. Also, if you're a commercial developer and you wish to release a free demo version, again I can add it to HBMAME and make a release.
