Best program for MAME lighting with LEDWiz?

Hi!

I'm very new to MAME, so my apologies for the newbie question. I'm trying to figure out what software I should use to control the LEDs of my control board for my MAME cabinet. The cabinet will only be running one ROM, and I'm sure I'm going to have to manually assign the program outputs to the correct LED (I've heard that this footwork has been done by others for various other ROMs, but maybe I'm mistaken).

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated for someone new, but eager.
