The Solitaire & etc. games are NOT free: They force you to watch ads, unless you pay for A SUBSCRIPTION to them. They are now a paid service.
The app store is pretty crap: It's pretending to be XBox, but what it offers is rarely better than mobile. And like mobile, the free games hit you with a difficulty ramp just after they ask you to rate them, requiring the purchase of consumables to advance.
