Windows 7 OS is stuck at the screen "Starting Windows" when IPAC4 is connected through USB. Once I unplug it, OS continues to load.
This problem is not with BIOS Boot Order, because the system started loading Windows.
So every time I had to unplug the IPAC4 controller > load Windows > MAME Launcher is loaded on startup > plug IPAC4 > Kill MAME Launcher and start it again (as MALA doesn't auto-detect IPAC4 when it is plugged in).
Hope someone would have faced this issue and resolved it. Any help is appreciated.
