AVGA 5000 & VisionPro Gen III Touch

I seem to have an issue with installing the drivers for Win 8 for the AVGA 5000 on Windows 10 on a PC thats connected to a Vision Pro Gen III 19" via the VGA port. The problem is is that the screen is dark. When I press the adjustment buttons on the monitor, it gets light again, then shows PC at the top right of the screen, and gets dark again. Anyone have any ideas?
