I found the problem it's because I use pugsy's and wayder's cheats :
cheatpath cheat;cheat_wayder
I can see the cheats within the game (pressing tab), they seem to work. The problem is only in the UI.
If I remove ;cheat_wayder from the line, the misc settings work ok, but wayder's cheats are disabled. It's not a big deal.
A solution would be to repack cheats.7z (by merging wayder's cheats).
