little help with ipac2

Hi

Have been having a bit of trouble with the iPac2 and could not find info on it.

I have everything setup and ready to use, but for some reason the player 2 controls are not responding at all. Player 1 is ok and all working and getting a green light on the board. But I believe it should still be mapped to keys.
I am unable to use WinPac v2 as it does not detect the board. Running windows 10 but will try and get it running on xp if this could be an issue.

Any help would be appreciated,
