Just press F12 and boom, a > PNG arrives in your snaps folder. Register and upload it to Imgur, which allows > hotlinking and is minimally invasive.
I have tried MAME 178, and 148, and I can't leave the attached screen no matter what button I press. The screen is the same for all of the Super Famicom Box sets, including running the bios alone.
