When MAME finally gets around to running Dreamcast and Model 3 fully it will probably also require DirectX 11, MAME has always been more demanding than the other emulators, this seems a strange example.
MAME certainly isn't going to have lower CPU, video card or OS requirements than any of the mentioned emulators. If anything they will be higher, MUCH higher.
