Completely fresh folder directory except for roms and samples, and a few scanline pngs in the artwork folder that weren't in the package.
Vector stuff with HLSL enabled seems broken. When increased even to maximum, the lines get brighter, but there's no flicker. Also, the bloom seems similarly broken - no bloom around lines.
Disable HLSL, and flicker works, but then of course you can't access bloom, etc.
Anyone having similar trouble?
Scifi frauds. SF illuminates.
