It's not 100% of his choices, only 99. I wouldn't complain about Mad Dog Mattis, but in defense of Trump's utter stupidity, the only reason he appointed him is because he likes the nickname "Mad Dog". He also just executive ordered in the oil pipelines which his company owns a share, signaling that he cares more about his own money than people's drinking water so why don't you try to defend that?
