my frontend doesn't support mame.ini; ui.ini; plugin.ini in the ini\ path. They must be in MAME's root folder, only custom game/driver ini files.
Why would you want to put these main files in the \ini\ folder anyway ?
The ini\ folder is for custom game settings and custom driver settings.
I'm sorry but I will not add support these files in the ini\ folder. When you use mame.exe -createconfig command line, those files are always created in MAME's root folder. That's not Emu Loader's doing... MAME does it.
For the life of me, I have no clue why MAME devs support those files in the ini\ folder. This confuses users and it makes harder to update to newer MAME builds, since they are always re-created in MAME's root folder by MAME itself, forcing the user to manually move them in the ini\ folder. Most people forget to do that and they complain about it in the forums. I see this happening quite often.
