IV/Play doesn't 'remember' maximized window state across close/start.

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to report a (minor) issue with IV/Play, but I couldn't find any contact information on mameui.info.

I have a very minor issue with IV/Play (1.8.1 currently, but if I recall correctly this has been in older versions too). I never reported this before because it's really just a really minor issue, but I if it could fairly easily be fixed that would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that IV/Play doesn't 'remember' across close/start that the last window state it was in was 'maximized', and it reverts back to the last known windowed state.

Perhaps I can clarify things a bit with the steps I can reproduce it with :

1.) Start IV/Play.
2.) Make sure it's clearly Windowed and not maximized.
3.) Maximize the IV/Play window. (So the last window state is maximized).
4.) Close IV/Play.
5.) Start IV/Play again.

Expected result: Since I closed IV/Play when it was maximized, I would expect it to start again in a maximized window.

Actual result: IV/Play starts in it's last known/used windowed state.

Not sure if it matters, but I am running Windows 10 Home x64, with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 video card at a resolution of 2560x1440 @ 144 Hertz.

Again, it's really a small thing, but if it could fairly easily be fixed that would be great. Or, if I am simply 'doing it wrong' I would appreciate hearing that too.
