Hello, please can someone help me out.
I always thought that controller files could be set in the drop down menu in MameUI then swapped back or to a different one as you liked?
For example, I have one that says xbox360 - this is configured for wireless gamepad, then I have the default one, and another for X-arcade etc etc you get the picture.
But I have noticed that if I say load the Xarcade one, then go into mame hit tab and re-configure the odd button and quit, it doesn't save into the xarcade controller file.
Is this normal behaviour? am I using the files incorrectly?
I thought if I set the controller file, edited in mame and saved it would save/updated the controller file but it seems to not be doing that.
