Given the PCB output, it would make sense to change it back and assume the schematics are incorrect. I guess there's also a possibility that the Sega / Konami boards have different outputs tho.
As noted with the C64 port that was posted on YouTube, people appear to be using MAME as a reference for arcade perfect with this, and it appears we might not actually be arcade perfect ;-)
