LCD Lightgun technology -are we there yet?
07/18/17 11:32 PM

Hello all (it's been ages)

I tried finding info on this, but it's really antiquated: Other posts on other sites from like 2007. The most recent one I found was around this time last year.

Basically SOL were the responses, but I'm hoping that Moore's law will be proving them wrong -at some point. Am I still too early? I can't be the only one who is looking for some sort of lightgun adapter-type-thingy for LCDs.

I have seen the Wii adapto-matic thing that fools your lcd, and I've also seen some lightguns on ebay that claim to do the trick. But wanted to see what you guys thought?

I currently have a Wells Gardner 27" D9200 that's on it's way out. I've been using an Actlabs gun that I bought about 12 years ago.

I would like to have some sort of game plan for when the inevitable happens.

Thanks!
