The Senate Republican tax plan gives substantial tax cuts and benefits to Americans earning more than $100,000 a year, while the nationís poorest would be worse off, according to a report released Sunday by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office.
Republicans are aiming to have the full Senate vote on the tax plan as early as this week, but the new CBO analysis showing large, harmful effects on the poor may complicate those plans. The CBO also said the bill would add $1.4 trillion to the deficit over the next decade, a potential problem for Republican lawmakers worried about Americaís growing debt.
--- OFFICIAL, NONPARTISAN SCORE (JCT) Senate tax bill will explode the debt by $1 TRILLION
Senate GOP tax bill would add $1 trillion to deficit, report says, contradicting White House promise that plan would pay for itself
Senate Republicansí tax plan would add $1 trillion to the national deficit over 10 years, even after the economic growth that the bill would create is taken into account, Congressís nonpartisan Joint Committee on Taxation reported.
Every member in today's GOP party are lackeys for the 1% (and Russian oligarchs also because some of the GOP politicians were given political campaign contributions by non-US citizens which is supposedly allowed in 'Citizens versus United (USA)' Supreme Court ruling). The 1% want to take everything away from the common citizens of US. And those supporters of the 'sob in office' are going to suffer as well unless they are part of 1% that have money. The 2018 mid term elections cannot come soon enough. Just need enraged voters to vote Democratic for starters to remove GOP and fix things (if possible) first. Voting 3rd party in 2018 is not an option at this time. Later, but not next year imo.
The reenactment of Bronson's (Rodolfo Fierro shooting scene) actually did happen in early 1900s with opposing army rounded up and many were shot. For some reason, I have a sense this actually might happen again .....this time on US turf and it could be GOP politicians being targeted by enraged US citizens taking out their frustrations.
I didn't care for the movie Villa Rides, but the opening theme music is another well done piece by Maurice Jarre which I am glad he finally won an Oscar Academy award in music category recently. He deserved it.
