It doesn't matter, the powers that be put in strong Republicans and weak Democrats. The Republicans could get shot over their policy and hop out of the hospital bed and immediately vote for less gun restrictions (Steve Scalise). Democrats get accused of grabbing a hip(?) during a photo and resign. I would have told the senate and house to both lick out my asshole, in those words.
