Thanks for the replay. Yea my grandma might have damage the hard drive. I didn't think of that. She move it around a lot. She not careful moving stuff around. I will tell her it might be the hard drive issue. She already told me since she have a Chromebook Plus she not gonna worry about the laptop.

We both have a Chromebook Plus.
