iirc I believe the sob once said the usual cliche when making a prompt decision without consulting others first: "I shoot from the hip."
He shot himself in the ass while billionaire traders profit (C. Icahn) with inside knowledge of when to dump stocks before American public gets hosed with crappy executive decisions. SEC isn't what it used to be so nothing happening from that end, but maybe NY AG Schneiderman might make up for that with a possible criminal charge against sob and Icahn down the road. This stuff is on the backburner because far more serious incidents need to be dealt with first....especially against "Super Jared".
