Why, you ask ?
A few years ago I discovered a guy using my frontend AND MAME in two custom cabinets and he was charging money by the hour so you could play games.
I got furious, even thought about abandoning the project. EL is free and open source. I even make the source code available.
A couple weeks ago I got back to that place (by necessity, not by choice) and guess what... he's STILL using my frontend (update to latest build) and are still profitting from those cabinets.
But what got me really irritated is when I asked him about those cabinets and the frontend. Without knowing who I was and with a smirk on his face, told me he is one of the two Emu Loader users that asked me to continue support low screen resolution, for CRT TVs.
Now you know why I'm updating EL with big icons are increasing the required minimum resolution to 1024x768 / 1280x720.
Emu Loader will no longer resize its dialogs and screens to fit on 640x480 / 720x480 resolution. There is SOME support for 800x600 resolution due to the fact that some dialogs don't need to be large.
I said it many times b4, this frontend is to be used with a high resolution monitor/TV, preferable 1920x1080 or higher.
