Before I delve into coding this for other people, just wanted to get a feel if anyone would actually be interested.
I've made a small mame launcher that takes the current game played and puts it into a small sqlite database and then creates a html page that can either be saved to a folder or uploaded to a web server via FTP.
This is a very simple version of the HTML page it would generate (I know it is ugly, was just more of a proof of concept)-

This should work with any frontend as all it does is take the rom name and then launch mame.exe and exits when mame exits.
If there are a few people that would use this I will finish coding so anyone can use it. Let me know!
