Yeah, I knew they're measured in Ghz, I was just in a hurry when I typed that and wasn't paying attention. My bad! Yes, portability is a consideration also. I have a decent PC upstairs with a 3.4Ghz (Turbo boost to 3.75) that my son plays on. I spend all my time downstairs and want to be able to move it around as well as play on the TV. Both that I have my eye on are nearly identical save for screen size, processor speed and os (8 vs 7). Here are links to the 2:

I actually found the Asus at the local Best Buy and bought it. But depending on what any of you say or if I can do some more investigating I might take it back and order the other one online. And like I said, MAME is what I'll be using it for mostly. Other emulators, too, but mostly MAME. And if the MSI will offer near the same performance as the ASUS, I might just go with the ASUS.
