I can't find documentation for installing sphinx-build in order to build the mame documentation included in recent official releases (as of 0.176, I think. It used to be text files).
I tried running the makefile from the docs directory ("make text"), but the standard msys64 environment doesn't have sphinx installed by default.
Is there a pacman package I can pull to be able to compile docs? Is there a page that tells you how to compile documentation?
