I am trying to connect my PC to a Wells Gardner K7000. This monitor has your standard RGB input in the vert and horiz sync and ground. Will the ArcadeVGA video card from Ultimarc work? What cords will I need to wire it to the video card. I have a PCI Express Slot in the PC I am using so I know it will take the card. Just trying to figure out how to connect the card to the monitor. Any help?

Generally speaking, sometimes you can just plug the VGA connector into the ArcadeVGA and it should work. It also helps to know the H-rate, such as if it's 15/24/31khz.

Been there, done that :-D
Yes you can just plug it straight in BUT you'll have 2 issues;
Firstly, until you can get your PC to boot and run software to adjust the sync rate, you'll get a messed up picture
(see my screen shot) http://dosmame.mameworld.info/index.php/My_Boot_Screens
Secondly, arcade monitors require a 4v analoge signal. Your VGA card pumps out only 1 volt digital
The problem here is the voltage difference. You'll see a picture, just. And you'll be able to adjust your HT gain to compensate, at the expense of the monitor longevity.....and you'll probably struggle to get the thing to focus properly at the adjusted level.
If you don't mind the rolling BIOS screen, you can buy a video amp from Ultimarc
http://www.ultimarc.com/vidamp.html
OR use a J-PAC - this can deal with the refresh rate and amplify the signal
OR buy an ArcadeVGA (the easiest route)
As for the cables. If you use a J-PAC, it's just a straight VGA to VGA cable, no messing. BUT your cab will need to be JAMMA for it to just plug and play
For ArcadeVGA.....I'm assuming you'll have to chop the end of a VGA cable and make up some connection to your game board
Good luck!
