MAME Samples DAT download issue

AntoPISA,
Using WWW mode in ClrMAME Pro, I noticed that the MAME Samples DAT has a status of "new" instead of "local", even after downloading the latest. Is this a problem on my end?

Sorry to take so long to get back to you. If you updated in on you end, then I would see "Update" as the status, I think. Mine always shows "New", meaning a new one is avaialble. I'll try to debug it more here on my end.

Ok, I think I see the problem. The header for the "Official Samples" dat has a date field that is set to "11/03/2012", which is around six months in the future. This is what I think is confusing ClrMAME Pro.
