anyone know where i could find buttons like these? (the one and two player select buttons), or even what they're called?

Those are called volcano buttons if I remember correctly. They are similar to the player start buttons on old Atari cabs such as Asteroids.
I think you can get them from Bob Roberts, if he's still in business.
