Yes... it's beautiful artwork on this bezel, just like on many others. So why haven't I cleaned it up yet? Because it is a shit copy of the original bezel. There is a ton of detail missing: cut off on top... cut off on both sides... WAY cutoff on the bottom.
Kinda like the bezels for Tecmo Knight and Tiger Road. They look real nice, for what's there, but still missing a lot of detail.
Unfortunately, I've never found another copy, and I've never even found pics that could help with that detail. So I've never gotten around to cleaning it up.
Link below to a Google Drive folder, with the copy of the scan. Have at it. If you can get someone to clean this up for you, I'd appreciate a copy of the finished version to add back to MAME Artwork. (As long as it's not that one guy... and you know who I mean... 'cause I'll never get the cleaned copy back from him).

Appreciate the scan James & downloaded already so thank you for that! I've just been looking forever so anything is better than a blank clear plexi. It's such an obscure shooter and with the recent news of the Murder Hornets  the bugs from Gemini Wing came to mind. My adobe skills are limited I can somewhat clean it but not as good as other people. In the event I outsource it to having someone clean it I can certainly provide you back with a clean / cleaner file in return. As stated my intentions was to use it on a dedicated cabinet. I'm not really sure who the specific person you are talking about ? Anyways hope everyone is healthy and staying safe. Thanks again.

As I replied in another forum I started restoring and vectorizing it.
Also trying to rebuild the marquee based on low res image.
It is quite complex as MrDo said and I have 2 other bezels I want to (finally) finish first.
I will do it but can't commit on timing (for sure not another 10 years).

So you'll be restoring the Bezel ? I already did part of it in vectors as said; doesn't make sense wasting two people's time doing the same work. I can share progress in SVG.
About the marquee, only that low res seems to exist. It needs to be redrawn with the little info available; I already recreated the game logo of the marquee in SVG, as you can see in my previous post.

Hey all,
Dreamstate turned me on to this artwork over in the libretro forum. I found an original marquee on ebay and purchased to scan and donate to the community. Once it arrives I will share it.
In the meantime, until we get Raspbear's amazing looking vectorized version, I did a reasonable cleanup that looks nice at screen resolutions to tide us over.
I took some liberties with the portion of the bottom that was cut off. I could find no image online of what the original bezel looked like, so I just used Raspbears marquee design to enhance the logo.

Venture bezel is in its final stages; all those tiny details in the stone columns make it an almost endless work.

Yep! It's this one  It's supposed to arrive tomorrow. I'll definitely be able to share the raw scan by this weekend.
It looks pretty beat up, but at least it will be high resolution.

I got it and it looks pretty good, though the bottom is cropped.
However, I'm struggling a bit with getting it scanned with my Epson scanner because the plexi causes it to be out of focus. Anyone have any suggestions?
I feel I could get a sharper shot with an iPhone, or if I got my Sony camera out and some decent lighting.
