IREM Generic CPO vectorization

I'd seen mentions of this particular CPO design for IREM games without dedicated CPO artwork but had never actually seen a photo of it anywhere online. Finally stumbled on a nice clear picture of it on the KLOV forums and spent some time this morning vectorizing it. I don't know the original proportions but obviously it's just plain black so it could be adjusted easily enough.
