If you have knowledge to write drivers for MAME or enough knowledge on the hardware you want to be emulated, go for it and do it yourself. Otherwise, don't ask devs to include it just because you want to play it. It's annoying and won't help anybody.
Before asking this kind of question, try (at least) to download the source code and see if this driver has recent changes made to it. If not, well, it is still not working.
