Use a smart strip type multi-socket. You plug the PC into the 'hot' socket and wire an arcade pushbutton to the motherboard power connector. Plug everything else into the other sockets on the smartstrip.

When you power on the PC the smartstrip will power up anything else plugged into it. When you turn the PC off, likewise everything else shuts down.

Quick, easy, effective.
