Mmm. Looks better than the X-arcade, and probly has Happ controls or similar grade in it.
However, I suggest you run over to arcadecontrols.com forums, and look around. There are various kinds of controls, and they behave differently, and you might want to at least know that stuff before you buy something.
I bought a SlikStik some years ago, and since and partly through it, I've ended up trying several kinds of sticks, buttons, switches, as well as other controls.
For example, remember Tempest? You wanna play that *the enjoyable way*, you gotta have a spinner. You remember Centiped, or any other trackball-controlled game? Gotta have a trackball. And so on.
If you find out you definitely aren't interested in building, at least give Turnarcades a look:
