Problem with MAME Samples DAT in WWW mode - revisited

To refresh our memory, I noticed that the status of the Samples DAT file in WWW mode always went from "update" to "local" after downloading the Samples DAT file, but returned to "new" after I scanned. This seemed odd that anything returned to "new", as I expected it to return to "update" if the DAT file was updated.
I set up a local update site and found the issue. The XML file has the name of the Samples DAT file as "pS Samples 20120525". The Samples DAT file specifies its name as "pS Official Samples 20120525" in the header. The difference in names confuses ClrMAME Pro, and causes it to not realize that they are the same DAT file. This causes it to reset the status to new every time.
