Yes, even if I unplug all I/O harnesses P4 start is still on.
I've changed it with the other joys and it works fine.
That's why I was thinking it has to be a problem on the SIO board. Which pretty much means I'm screwed unless I find a good one for cheap. I saw a repaired 1 for $300.
Ideas?
